Bill of Rights in Schools education resource (BORIS)

In 2004, the Commission produced a training resource for post-primary schools in Northern Ireland on behalf of the Bill of Rights in Schools project (BORIS).  The project was a partnership between Commission, the education and library boards and the Department of Education.  The resource was based on the Commission's first set of proposals for a Bill of Rights in Northern Ireland which it published as a consultation document in 2001.  Below, you can download the BORIS resource in English and in Irish.
