The Commission and the Irish School of Ecumenics have published a collection of papers on the theme of religious pluralism and human rights. Many of the papers arise from a conference on the same theme held in November 2007. Listen to the podcasts from the launch event here.

The government's consultation on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland ended on 31 March 2010. Our response is available here.
Human trafficking in Northern Ireland - new study
A scoping study of the nature and extent of human trafficking in Northern Ireland, by the Institute for Conflict Research, has been published by the NIHRC and the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland. It is available here.
New human rights education network
We recently launched an innovative network which aims to promote good practice in the field of human rights education.
New human rights training manual
Inspiring practice: resources, tools and activities for human rights education, has been designed to help people deliver workshops on human rights, including the Human Rights Act and the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). The manual is available here.
Guides for migrant workers - latest updates now available
Updates to the guides for migrant workers in Northern Ireland have been produced. These updates (2nd editions) include information arising from changes in policy and practice since the guides were first produced in 2006. Click here for the updates and language translations.

The Commission has also developed a number of 'group' pages on a range of social networking websites. These include Twitter, Bebo, Facebook, and YouTube. We have used these popular sites to showcase the work of the winners of our recent human rights animation competition.
